Terms of Service – Digital Downloads

Effective Date: April 6, 2026

By purchasing and downloading digital products from TechInk Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Description

All products sold are digital downloads (e.g., images, graphics, designs). No physical items will be shipped.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited commercial license to use the downloaded files.

You are permitted to:

  • Use the designs on physical products such as apparel, merchandise, and printed materials
  • Incorporate the designs into items for personal or commercial use
  • Sell finished physical products that include the design

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files in any form
  • Use the designs for digital resale (including but not limited to SVG bundles, PNG downloads, or templates)
  • Upload the files to marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or print-on-demand platforms as standalone designs
  • Modify and claim the original design as your own for resale as a digital product

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of TechInk Designs.
Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the file has been downloaded.

6. File Access

After purchase, you will receive access to download your files.
It is your responsibility to download and store your files securely.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechInk Designs shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased files.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
